Complimentary Services are 15 minutes in length and do not require an appointment to be made. Simply visit one of our M·A·C Freestanding Stores or a counter at Myer or David Jones and speak to a M·A·C Artist to see how we can assist you with our range of Complimentary Services Paid Services which are redeemable on products are available at selected locations, with bookings required to be confirmed by a M·A·C Artist. Appointments can be made by visiting or calling one of our Freestanding stores or a M·A·C Counter located at Myer or David Jones stores. For our M·A·C Freestanding stores, we also provide the option for you to make the appointment Online. Click here to be taken to our Online Appointment Booking system.

All our Paid Services are redeemable on products, which means that the cost of the Service can be fully redeemed on product purchases on the day of your Service to the full amount of your Service.

If the total value of the redeemed products you have selected at the end of your booked appointment is less than the cost of the Service, the minimum amount required to be paid is the cost of the Service. A refund will not be completed for the difference between the total redeemed products and the cost of the Service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the M·A·C Store or Counter may ask for the booked appointment to be rescheduled.

If your appointment is booked at a Myer or David Jones M·A·C counter, please call the Counter as soon as possible to modify or cancel the appointment.

If your appointment is at a M·A·C Freestanding store location and you booked the appointment through the Online Appointment Booking tool, you can cancel or modify the appointment through the booking system. Should you have booked the appointment over the phone or in person, please contact the store to modify or cancel your appointment.

Should you cancel your appointment by mistake you can re book your appointment via the booking page or by calling the store.

This appointment can only be booked if you would like a new pair of M·A·C False Eyelashes purchased at the time of the appointment to be applied on your eyes.

Individual lash application requires more time to complete, as each individual lash is required to be applied on your eyes one-at-a-time. If you would like to have individual lashes applied, we recommend speaking to a M·A·C Artist to find out more about whether you should book in a Feature Focus Appointment to have your whole Eye makeup look completed or whether your look can be achieved with a pair of False Lashes applied.

These appointments include:

(1) Lash Fitting: at the appointment, your M·A·C Artist will expertly apply on your new pair of M·A·C False Eyelashes to your eyes, purchased at the time of the appointment.

(2) Feature Focus: partial makeup application is required to be completed for this, which means that you will need to arrive with makeup completed in all areas of your face excluding the area that the appointment has been booked in for.

We recommend attending these two appointments with a clean fresh face, as both of these appointments will require application of your base with skincare and foundation plus have your eyes and lips completed. If you have makeup on when you arrive at your appointment, your Artist will remove the makeup at beginning of your appointment, which may reduce the application time of new makeup on your face.

An ‘All Bases Covered’ appointment is makeup application to enhance your natural features. This service application can also include application of a new pair of M·A·C False Eyelashes.

A ‘Make Me Over’ appointment is suitable for full-glam looks and includes cut-crease eye looks, fancy dress, period makeup or cultural moments. This type of appointment is suitable for those wanting to achieve these types of looks, due to the amount of time and product application required to support the long wearing ability of your finish.

When booking in a Lessons or Pro-to-Pro appointment, please speak to your M·A·C Artist to share the areas that you would like to learn, as your Artist will advise whether you should come with makeup already applied or have a fresh face.

We recommend speaking to a M·A·C Artist regarding your request to see if the Service type that you are looking for can be completed by the Artist.

This is a 1:1 personalised service available for Professional Makeup Artists or Makeup Students, whereby you will have the opportunity to be provided comprehensive information about M·A·C product education, kit building techniques, application coaching & product hacks to support your Artistry career. You can book these as often as you like to refine your skills with a key focus each session.

This Service type is only available at M·A·C Freestanding stores.
