Digital Gift Cards are sent via email and can take up to 4 hours to be delivered to your choice of email from the time the order is approved.

Posted physical Gift Cards are sent via Australia Post. A delivery fee of $4.95 applies per order per address, tracking is not available at this time. Please note that we cannot express deliver MAC Physical Gift Cards.
During December, posted physical Gift Card orders may take up to 14 days for delivery.

A Digital eGift Card is a M·A·C Gift Card that is delivered via an email. It works in the same way as plastic gift cards work today. You choose the amount and message. The eGift card recipient will receive the eGift card within 4 hours.

From March 31st 2018 M·A·C Gift Cards purchased online at maccosmetics.com.au or purchased from a M·A·C Free Standing Store now come with a three year expiry date from the date of purchase. From time to time, M·A·C Cosmetics Australia may issue promotional Gift Cards in conjunction with qualifying purchases. Promotional Gift Cards have a shorter validity date. The expiry date of Promotional Gift Cards will be detailed in the promotions Terms and Conditions.

Yes, in store you will be able to use your gift card plus pay any outstanding balance by cash or credit card. For online purchases, you can pay any outstanding balance after redeeming your Gift Card using a Credit/Debit Card.
