5 HOW CAN I BOOK A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?

We'd love to do your makeup! Appointments are booked individually by store so select a location and call directly for scheduling and costs. To find your nearest store and to explore our range of Makeup Services click HERE.

6 HOW CAN I BOOK A BRIDAL OR PRIVATE APPOINTMENT?

M·A·C Cosmetics offers makeup consultations at all of our M·A·C counter locations. Consultations offer you the opportunity to work directly with our highly trained M·A·C Artists. Go to our Find Stores page to locate a M·A·C store near you.

7 HOW DO I RECYCLE M·A·C PRODUCTS?
OUR BACK TO M·A·C PROGRAM

Because we share your commitment to the environment, M·A·C accepts returns of its primary packaging through the Back to M·A·C Program.

By returning six [6] M·A·C primary packaging containers to any M.A.C free standing store or counter you will receive a free M·A·C lipstick of your choice* as our thanks to you. Please note, Lipsticks provided at no charge cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Complimentary lipsticks limited to those with a retail price of $36.00, and excludes all those from limited life or Viva Glam collections. Customers will be notified if any shades are out of stock.

Since 100% of the retail selling proceeds of Viva Glam Lipstick is provided to organisations that help people living with HIV/AIDS, these colours are excluded from this program. In countries where it is permissible, the returned packaging is forwarded to appropriate waste management centres to recycle/reuse through energy recovery. M·A·C will continue to explore alternative means of waste disposal in all markets.

Most primary packaging of M·A·C products is accepted as Back to M·A·C "currency". M·A·C does not accept the following as a part of the program:

1. Secondary packaging of any sort [paper box, plastic/cellophane wrapper, shopping bags, etc.

2. Samples [sample containers, special/trial size products for promotional/seasonal kits

3.Cosmetic applicators/tools [disposables, puffs, sponges, scissors, spatulas, swabs, sharpeners, tweezers, curlers

4. Accessories [bags, belts, makeup cases, lashes, Blot Film].

In addition to our "Back to M·A·C Program", M·A·C uses minimal packaging and recycled paper to paperboard packaging in our offices, manufacturing and distribution facilities. Vegetable-based inks are used for printing whenever possible. At M·A·C we share your concerns about the environment and we are continually looking for ways to address those concerns while providing our customers with complete product satisfaction and safety.

8 WHY DOES M·A·C DISCONTINUE CERTAIN PRODUCTS?

We apologise for discontinuing your favourite M·A·C product - before doing so we take into account many important factors:

1. Another similar product has been developed which we feel provides better performance.

2. One of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process has been discontinued by the supplier, and we have been unable to find a suitable alternate.

3. Customer preferences, purchasing patterns.

10 Do you ship internationally?

maccosmetics.com.au is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please visit our international STORE LOCATOR.

11 How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change an order once you have completed checkout. This includes: addresses, contact details, offer codes, shipping method or contents of order.

Should you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us within one hour of placing your order via our toll-free number, 1800 613 828 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

12 I received the wrong product, can I return it?

If your online order is not as expected, email us and select ‘Online Order’ and include your Order Number for assistance.

13 My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, email us and select ‘Online Order’ and include your Order Number for assistance.

14 Why is my favourite product discontinued? Can I still purchase it?

Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Please visit your nearest STORE or EMAIL AN ARTIST who will be happy to find you a new favourite.
